3. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

3.1 Unlimited Revisions

Instead of offering refunds, we provide unlimited revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final result. If the delivered work does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to make it right.

3.2 Revision Process

To request revisions:

  • Submit your revision request within 30 days of initial delivery
  • Provide specific, detailed feedback about what needs to be changed
  • Allow 24-48 hours for revision completion
  • Review the revised work and request additional changes if needed

3.3 Revision Limitations

Revisions must be within the scope of the original project. Requests that constitute entirely new projects or significant changes to the original specifications may require additional payment.

4. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

4.1 Technical Impossibility

If we determine that your project cannot be completed due to technical limitations, poor image quality, or other factors beyond our control, we will issue a full refund. This determination will be made within 24 hours of order placement.

4.2 Service Failure

If we fail to deliver your completed project within the agreed-upon timeframe and cannot provide a reasonable explanation or alternative delivery date, you may be eligible for a full refund.

4.3 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same order due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately.

4.4 Unauthorized Charges

If you can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorization, we will investigate and issue a refund if the claim is verified.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once work has begun on your project, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued. You will receive the completed work as ordered.

6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
